ORIGIN
Four coffees. Four moments. One very special first year.
Cupping Notes
Kate’s Favourite — Guatemala Single Origin The coffee Kate kept coming back to. Rich brown sugar, buttery cashew and smooth milk chocolate, with hints of dried fruit. Your Favourite — Indian Blend One thing Kate quickly noticed was just how loved our Indian Blend is. A true Ponaire favourite, with smooth milk chocolate, a hint of vanilla and a beautifully balanced cup. The Memorable One — Dublin Coffee Festival Coffee Originally created for the Dublin Coffee Festival, this coffee represents one of the standout moments of Kate’s first year. What’s Next — Chapel Lane A coffee that represents the next chapter for Ponaire. Rich and smooth, with notes of dark chocolate, brown sugar, caramel and toasted hazelnut.
Process
To celebrate Kate’s first anniversary as owner of Ponaire Coffee, she’s chosen four coffees that each represent a different part of her first year — beautifully presented together in a Ponaire gift box.
